POSITION: E-COMMERCE PROJECT DEVELOPER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the key technology templates design and analysis, ensure the logistic stability and security of system
Instill shipping and logistics business knowledge
Develop logistic and data analytics skills associated with solution development
Responsible for driving digital marketing and ecommerce strategy for different online platforms
Work closely with logistic teams to ensure efficient and effective execution
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree Holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering
Fresh graduate is welcome
Fluent Cantonese and English communication
With experience in C++ / C# / OOP Coding is an advantage
With experience in C++ builder / Delphi Coding is an advantage
With experience in SQL is an advantage
With experience in Mobile APP is an advantage

POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To handle supply chain, logistic and operation projects and deliver effective solutions to help enhancing service level, improving the process and cost efficiencies/saving
Ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept up-to-date with all purchasing, shipping and logistics queries and advising of any issues
Monitor and communicate project progress
Compile logistic project documentation, reports and presentations, keep track of project progress.
Prepare in ad-hoc logistic solution proposal
Managing in the whole project cycle including project scope, planning, budgeting, promotion, materials preparation and execution
Conduct or assist in meetings with parties to gather business requirements and provide consultation for stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree Holder or above in Information Technology, Computer System, Telecommunication, Electronic, Business Administration or equivalent
With ability of writing IT project proposal in Chinese and English is preferred.
With project experience in telecommunication or IT industry in an advantage

POSITION: PROJECT ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide business and project logistic support
Ensuring punctual delivery of products and coordinating end-to-end requirements including purchasing, supply chain and shipping
Handle logistics process including letter of credit and local delivery
Monitoring orders and shipments in transit
Coordinating shipping documents, custom declarations and freight costs
Administration activities including preparing reports, accounts documents, system updates and order processing
REQUIREMENT:
Degree Holder
With ability of writing IT project proposal in Chinese and English is a MUST
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is a MUST
Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management
Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
Positive working attitude and able to work independently and under pressure
